Section One holds a certain level of prestige within the organization because it plays home to not one, but two Special Operatives. As a result, other Section leaders have repeatedly tried to unseat Operations and Madeline, his chief strategist, through various underhanded forms of espionage office politics. While revered in the upper echelons, Operations and Madeline are also despised by some colleagues and nearly all of the operatives who fall under their direction because of their "efficiency ratings" used to measure operative performance. |
