Its purpose is to exterminate the terrorist groups unknown to the public at large - those that pre-date Al Quaeda and make Hamas look like Boy Scouts. These shadow groups help cultivatethe smaller terrorist nations still in their infancy. They are the black hands that urge jihads, genocide and embassy bombings around the globe. One organization – a collective that intertwines all allied nations but acts on a plane above them – matches these terrorist groups’ every move with counter strikes of its own. World leaders will deny its very existence, and in fact, some are never made privy to its operations. Known only by divisions referencing a chain of command, this nameless body often has a hand in selecting new world leaders. It manages the balance of power in the world, watching for shifts in government, military strength and technology. |
